En el marco de la Metontour Metallica lanzo un clip resumen de su presentacion el 11 de agosto en el Summer Sonic Festival en Osaka. El clip de una duracion de 12 minutos incluye al baterista Lars Ulrich en el meet-and-greet, ensayando "Cyanide" en la sala de puesta a punto, y "Ride The Lightning" en el escenario.

The Sunflower Superjam 2012 fue un evento único y que ahora se puede disfrutar en DVD, a partir del 16 de septiembre.

En el escenario se presentaron juntos por única vez Alice Cooper, Brian May (Queen), Bruce Dickinson (Iron Maiden), John Paul Jones (Led Zeppelin), Ian Paice (Deep Purple), Mark King, Alfie Boe y una serie de músicos excepcionales haciendo una "jam" en el Royal Albert Hall de London.

Además la edicion cuenta con un disco extra de la Superjam del 2011 extra con las actuaciones de Deep Purple, Rick Wakeman, Joe Bonamassa, Newton Faulkner e incluyendo la última presentación en vivo del legendario Jon Lord (Deep Purple). Producido por The Sunflower Jam charity, todos los fondos recaudados irán directamente a apoyar la investigación y la aplicación de tratamientos holísticos y no tóxicos para los niños y jóvenes que sufren de cáncer.

The Clash Hits Back será un álbum doble conformado por el setlist original que la banda interpretó para el concierto de Brixton Fair Deal, incluirá versiones de estudio y 8 tracks adicionales.
